Vivendi Health is a health performance and longevity consultancy comprised of world-class experts. In essence, Vivendi clients have ongoing access to a exceptional team of advisors who are experts in your health. With our wide-ranging background and deep experience working with patients and clients from all walks of life, we collectively bring a depth of knowledge around optimizing your performance and extending your health and lifespan that is unmatched.
It Takes Time to Master Health Skills
There isn’t anything that exists now in the healthcare sphere that enables this degree of time and personalization. But ultimately, that is what it takes to attain the skills necessary to truly live a healthier life. While we require a certain amount of time and commitment from our clients, our process is vastly more efficient than if one were to try to do this on their own or even with a disparate fleet of healthcare professionals. We saw this opportunity to help certain individuals access extraordinary support for unusual results, and created Vivendi Health to do this work.
What is the Process Like?
A client is essentially committing to an ongoing dialogue about their health over the course of a year. Sometime we will meet more frequently, sometimes less frequently, but we will stay in regular contact, in one form or another, across the term. With you, our team will explore key principles that will help organize vast and overwhelming concepts into actionable and intuitive heuristics you can easily carry with you throughout life. We will stay with concepts until you’ve mastered them. We will revisit ideas as you learn new concepts, showing the natural integration of all the healthspan determinants you care to leverage for your own advantage. There will be things we cover that you likely won’t even know to ask about. As we get to know each other, we will identify the level of information you enjoy and how you learn best.
At times, we will do video calls and show graphical concepts made just for you based on a conversation we recently had. Other times, we will discuss ideas on the phone while on respective walks. You will message us about things that pique your interest from the news, a conversation with your friend, or even while at the grocery store. We will be in contact most weeks, and sometimes multiple times in a week.
We will measure your health regularly. With our quarterly health battery, we will keep a close eye on various aspects of your health. Sometimes, those insights will help us set priorities for what we should focus on now.
As time goes on, we will keep track of all our conversations, and build your health profile. As a part of the process, we will develop a personal bot just for you, so that you can access key information whenever you want. What dose of this supplement was I supposed to be taking and at what time? What were my last five blood glucose measurements? What are the ingredients in the afternoon snack that my team prepared for me? The more time we spend conversing, the more valuable this technology becomes for you now and in the future.
Should specific needs arise, we may recommend certain tests, or refer you to someone we trust in our extensive health network. While we don’t provide medical support, we do look to collaborate with your sick-care experts all in support of your best interests. We believe the best scenario for a clients is to have an expert set of doctors and a Vivendi Health coaching team at your disposal.
There will be occasions where you feel constrained by time. We will work together to find what works for you in that moment or phase. When the term is up, you may want to continue or scale down to a lighter touch relationship with your Vivendi team. Either way, your Vivendi team will discuss you and your progress each and every week. So not only do you get an unusual amount of direct access to us, we keep you top of mind even when we aren’t connecting directly. We only work with a limited number of clients so that we can make this level of investment in the people we serve. From our clients, we expect engagement, follow up, and effort. While the nature of this relationship is professional, we will likely develop kinship as we move through this process together. We are on your team and have your back. Sometimes that means we provide a listening ear, and other times it may mean we tell you we need more from you. This level of support is needed in today’s world to optimize our health, and we’re here to provide it.
Membership
For clients, we have The Continua Premium Plan and The Vitality Maintenance Plan. For our premium plan, we work with a total of 20 clients or fewer at any one time in order to provide the highest possible level of service.
The Continua Premium Plan
This plan is a high touch offering that is the foundation of our work.
There are two membership lengths:
- Annual membership
- Quarterly membership
Features of Membership
- During your membership, your Vivendi team is on retainer to help you address your health questions and goals. We do not promise 24-hour access, as the nature of our relationship is not urgent, however, you can message us any time, like for instance when you’re at the grocery store, to ask a question. If we can get back to you at the moment, we will. Otherwise, we will document the question and be sure to address it in due course.
- The frequency of our engagement will likely ebb and flow according to your life schedule, however, clients are entitled to up to 4 one-hour live sessions per month to ensure continuous development, consistent engagement, and progress tracking.
- Beyond the direct coaching sessions, the Vivendi team dedicates up to an additional 3 hours per week working on the client's behalf. Therefore, each client receives up to 16 hours of dedicated service from the Vivendi Team each month (includes lesson creation, profile maintenance, data analysis, correspondence, bot updates, and more).
- When needed, accessing other experts in our network is a key benefit for clients. However, working with those individuals will incur separate fees according to the fee structures set out by those professionals. Vivendi Health does not take a pass-through fee for connecting clients with experts in our network; this benefit is a part of our offering.
The Vitality Maintenance Plan
This plan offers a lighter touch while still being designed for effectiveness. It focuses on sustaining the progress you've made during your time in The Continua Premium Plan, yet still emphasizing further development of your knowledge and skills over time.
In this plan, you will receive monthly sessions with your health experts, along with quarterly blood work. Clients also get a separate 90-minute session to review the results of their blood work. The Vivendi Health team will continue to maintain your profile and bot, and you will have the ability to message your team with questions for up to a total of 4 hours per month. Additionally, if a client wishes for more time during this phase of the engagement, they will have exclusive access to one-off coaching sessions to enhance what is standard for The Vitality Maintenance Plan.
The Vitality Maintenance Plan is offered at a cost of $4,500 per quarter. This price includes the cost of quarterly blood tests and our analysis.
Membership Control
Annual Plans
- Pausing: A client can pause their membership for as little as 1 month and up to 3 months in duration. Additionally, a client can pause their membership twice in one annual membership term, and for a total of no more than 3 months per membership term. This is designed to give our clients flexibility and control over their journey.
- Termination: A client can terminate their annual membership after a minimum of three months, and any time before their annual term has expired with a 30-day written notice via email. With early termination of a yearly membership, the clients will then be responsible for paying the full monthly rate for their actual term of engagement. The last month of engagement is prorated to the day at that monthly rate.
Quarterly Plans
- Pausing: A client can pause their membership for as little as 1 week and up to 3 weeks in duration. Additionally, a client can pause their membership for a total of no more than 3 weeks per quarterly term. This is designed to give our clients flexibility and control over their journey.
My Vivendi Health Bot
With a membership, clients get their own chatbot to access their information and more. A client's bot is unlike any other - it's populated with:
- Client Info: Their health and medical records (according to what the client wants to put into their bot), along with everything from the client's Vivendi profile page, including all coaching conversations and interactions, the supplement and medication database we create for the client, their diagnostic history, upcoming schedule of health measurements, and more.
- Core Bot: The full (and evolving) library of content from the brands humanOS, BrainJo, and other work by the Vivendi team.
The longer a client’s relationship with Vivendi, the richer the bot's data, the more valuable the bot is for the client over time. While a client can keep their bot forever, in order for their personal content to be continually updated, a client must remain as a client in either primary coaching program or as a bespoke retainer package we create with you for your needs.
