Vivendi Health is a specialized health and performance consultancy. We serve a limited number of clients with our team of experts, each offering years of experience and thought leadership in human health. Our mission is to help our clients fully leverage leading-edge concepts, with a specific focus on cognitive performance and longevity.
What Is the Vivendi Process Like?
Our process begins by generating a comprehensive picture of your current health. We will do so through a mix of sessions with each of our team members, analyses of your past health data, and with our own dedicated suite of assessments. Following the assessment phase, our team will create your health optimization strategy, customized to your goals, needs, and preferences. In this implementation stage of the process, we assist you in executing your plan, with our initial focus on your highest-leverage elements.
Once we’ve successfully implemented the essential elements of your plan, we will move to the maintenance phase. This will involve periodic assessments to ensure we are continuing to meet our established goals, along with ongoing modifications to your health optimization strategy based on this feedback.
Throughout this process, we will keep track of all our conversations as part of your evolving health profile. We will develop a personal bot just for you, which will function as a key resource for you and our team. The more time we spend conversing and learning together, the more valuable this technology becomes for you and your future.
Why Is This Needed?
There isn’t anything that exists now in the healthcare sphere that enables this degree of personalization. Nor is there any existing resource that allows an individual to fully leverage the latest advances in health across all disciplines that matter.
While we require a certain amount of time and commitment from our clients, our process is designed to engineer a bespoke solution that fits into your life and is vastly more efficient than if one were to try to do this on their own. We saw this opportunity to help certain individuals access extraordinary support for unusual results, and created Vivendi Health to do this work.
Memberships
For clients, we have The Continua Premium Plan and The Vitality Maintenance Plan. We work with a limited number of clients in both plans at any one time, in order to provide the highest possible level of service.
The Continua Premium Plan
The Continua Premium Plan starts by thoroughly assessing your health status, life demands, and health goals (which we help you shape and clarify). Once we identify the areas that have the greatest personal importance for you, we work continuously to help you integrate newfound wisdom, skills, and tools to into the rhythm of your life, ensuring that all upgrades remain effective and are sustained over the long term.
Features of Membership
- Access: During your membership, your Vivendi team is on retainer to help you address your health questions and goals. Message us any time to ask a question. Lingering questions often occur only in the course of the activity itself, like when you’re at the grocery store, on a trip, or at your desk. If we can’t get back to you at the moment, we will document the question and be sure to address it in due course.
- Connection: The frequency of our engagement will likely ebb and flow according to your schedule and stage in the process. However, clients are entitled to up to four 1-hour live sessions per month to ensure continuous development, consistent engagement, and progress tracking.
- Analysis: Beyond the direct consulting sessions, the Vivendi team dedicates up to an additional 3 hours per week working on the client's behalf. Therefore, each client receives up to 16 hours of dedicated service from the Vivendi Team each month (includes lesson creation, profile maintenance, data analysis, correspondence, bot updates, and more).
- Network: When needed, access to other experts in our network is a key benefit for clients. However, working with those individuals will incur separate fees according to the fee structures set out by those professionals. Vivendi Health does not take a pass-through fee for connecting clients with experts in our network; this benefit is a part of the relationship.
The Continua Premium Plan is offered at quarterly and yearly term options.
The Vitality Maintenance Plan
Our Vitality Maintenance Plan is designed to sustain your progress through regular objective measurements and consulting sessions, as well as asynchronous dialogue with your team. This plan is for those who’ve completed at least a quarter of Continua Premium.
The Vitality Maintenance Plan is offered at quarterly and yearly term options.
Membership Control
- Pausing: A client can pause their membership for a total of one quarter of their membership term. For instance, a quarterly term can be paused for up to 3 weeks in the 12 week term. A yearly term can be paused up to 3 months in a 12 month period. This is designed to give our clients flexibility and control over their journey.
- Termination: A client can terminate their annual membership after a minimum of three months, and any time before their annual term has expired with a 30-day written notice via email. With early termination of a yearly membership, the clients will then be responsible for paying a prorated rate at the full monthly rate for their actual engagement period.
My Vivendi Health Bot
With a membership, clients get their own chatbot to access their information and more. A client's bot is unlike any other — it's populated with:
- Client Info: Their health and medical records (according to what the client wants to put into their bot), along with everything from the client's Vivendi profile page, including all coaching conversations and interactions, the supplement and medication database we create for the client, their diagnostic history, upcoming schedule of health measurements, and more.
- Core Bot: The bot also contains the full (and evolving) library of content from the brands humanOS, Better Brain Fitness, and other work by the Vivendi team (i.e., lectures, podcasts, research notes).
The longer a client’s relationship with Vivendi, the richer the bot's data becomes, the more valuable the bot is for the client over time. While a client can keep their bot forever, in order for their personal content to be continually updated, a client must remain as a client in one of our membership plans.
